Daisy Paltrow, EA
Daisy's journey in accounting began at just 17 years old, working in her uncle's accounting firm. What started as an introduction to the profession quickly grew into a lifelong career spanning more than 30 years in the accounting industry, with experience in bookkeeping, payroll, financial operations, tax preparation, and business advisory.

As the founder of Paltrow & Co. and an IRS Enrolled Agent, Daisy is federally licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS and is passionate about helping business owners gain clarity and confidence in their finances. She believes accounting is about more than preparing tax returns or keeping the books up to date—it's about helping clients understand their numbers, make informed decisions, and build stronger businesses.

When she's not working with clients, Daisy enjoys spending time with family, writing, and exploring the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina.
Derrick Paltrow
Before joining Paltrow & Co., Derrick spent his professional career in the hospitality industry, serving in leadership roles with luxury hotel brands where exceptional service, communication, and operational excellence were at the center of everything he did. His experience leading teams, managing budgets, overseeing operations, and creating outstanding guest experiences continues to shape the personalized service our clients receive today.
